I can’t use this card through PayPal because it’s my pay flex card

that is probably why. The flex cards can be particular about where they are used. Some will not work for a "retail" site
Customer:
Exactly. It works for other glasses sites online but for this one for some reason it does not. That’s why I was asking if we can be done over the phone.
FOGLAX:
unfortunately it is only online that we can do payments
