Can I make regular frames into prescription sunglasses?

Hello. If I want to order sunglasses does it have to be from the sunglasses section, or can I make regular frames into prescription sunglasses?

FOGLAX:
You can use any of the regular frames and make them into prescription sunglasses. You also have the choice to choose polarization lenses as well.
