Last time I ordered an extra pair and a month later I lost a pair at work. So I was less concerned than my co-workers. I was covered. The glasses come well packed, each pair with a cloth and measuring device for pupil distance. I have told several friends and family about KZFOO, if you have your prescription I don't know why you would go anywhere else.
