I find the variety of frame choices to be excellent. Also, the tools to help in deciding on a frame that will fit your face and style-choice is great. Thus far, the prescriptions have been created very well. I wish that the wait time for the glasses was shorter, however "patience is a virtue" I suppose so that the glasses are constructed well. The one time I had to return a pair of classes, the process was very straight forward and easy to perform. I received the return/refund notice in a timely manner.
