Small problem solved!

I had a small problem that I brought up to customer service and although the first response wasn't satisfactory, the follow-up exceeded my expectations and I'm very pleased to not only continue as a loyal customer but an enthusiastic supporter of FOGLAX as well. Happy to promote the business.
